MFT Wednesday Sketch 301 » Simple By Design

Hello

Back again with another post for today..

Wednesday again and it is time for another sketch challenge for MFT, I didn’t really get to play too much last month, due to life in general and just trying to tread water getting in the road..

So back at it again and this is such a fun sketch..

I adjusted the sketch, by flipping it and using my go to colour of all time white, love white as it makes my images stand out really nicely..I took the Single Stitch Line Circle Frames dies, die cutting several layers of white card stock, adhering these together to form dimension…I then die cut another one out of Sno Cone card stock and with the inner part of this die cut, I took the Vertical Snowfall die and die cut into this, adding both of these to a trimmed white card stock..staying with the die cutting, I took some Sour Apple card stock and using the little trees from Beast Friends, I die cut some cute little trees, that I added either side of the circle feature…next I worked on the coloured image of a santa that I stamped out from the Jingle all the Way, once coloured with Copics, I die cut out and added him to the inner part of the circle, all I needed was a sentiment at the bottom of the card stock which I stamped out using Steel Grey ink from the Merry Everything stamp set..

Loved playing with this sketch this week, don’t forget to pop on over to the MFT Challenge Blog to view how you can enter..

Okay, deciding whether I head for the craft room or to bed..

Hugs
