Did you enjoy viewing the wonderful creations from the MFT Design Team yesterday using the newest card kit called Bundle of Balloons?
It has been quite fun creating with this kit and I know you will be just as excited to receive, but even more so if you are one of the lucky random picked to receive this in your box too..
Today I am sharing day 2 of the card kit and I decided to make a 1 year old birthday card..
I stamped out the little elephant from the Soak up the Fun stamp set and coloured with Polychromos, die cut and set aside..
I then took a piece of white card stock and using the Rectangle Peek-a-Boo Window die, die cut more or less into the centre of the card stock..
In the centre panel I wanted a soft colour so I took a piece of blue pattern paper from the Watercolor Wash pad, adding this to the card base and the white panel added with foam tape to give a little dimension..
Next, I die cut a star out of Lemon Drop card stock using the Inside & Out Stitched Stars along with one of the Balloon dies with a 1 in the centre out of Blu Raspberry card stock adding these together with foam tape..
I added my balloon, star and Elephant to the rectangle space then moved onto the sentiment that I stamped out onto white card stock from the Bitty Bears, die cutting around these using the Stitched Sentiment Strips, adding one to the top of the rectangle and one to the base..
I completed this card by adding a scattering of Clear Sequins..
I look forward to being back here tomorrow for the big release..
