Taking the image from the smaller stamp set called, Best Adventure Bears, I coloured with Copics, die cut and set aside..
I then took the Mini Cloud Stencil and applied Distress Oxide ink, Speckled Egg..
I took the hello die next from the Captions die and die cut into the inked panel, adding foam tape to the back of the hello and placing back into the die cut section..stamping a sentiment under this die cut area..
I completed this card by adding my image and adding a scattering of sequins..
