The time is flying isn’t it…I am running out of days and hours to get everything done and completed for Christmas…such a crazy time of the year, but I guess it happens like this every year and we should be used to it 🙂
So today marks the December release for MFT..we start you off with Day 5 of the countdown and today I have a cute little card for you..
I chose to go with a cute little baby card, christening card or a welcome to the world little one card…using the Sombunny I Love stamp set, I chose to take one of the little bears and stamp out, colour in with Copics and set aside, I then die cut some clouds out of vellum and white card stock, using the Stitched Triple Peek-a-Boo Window and Edge die, whilst at the die cutting machine, I took white card stock and die cut a window panel using the Stitched Rectangle Scalloped Edge Frames, I added this to a Stone Gray card, next I added the white card stock cloud panel and on the vellum cloud I stamped and embossed a sentiment from the Somebunny I Love stamp set, adding this inside the window frame…whilst I had the white embossing powder out I stamped out a little moon onto white card stock and then onto a piece of scratch piece of white card stock, I added also some stamped stars that I stamped around the moon, once all this was embossed, I went about adding distress ink Tumbled Glass over the embossing, almost all the way to the top of the white card stock…I also added Mustard Seed Ink to the moon on the scratch piece of card stock, die cutting this out and adding it to the moon on the white card stock..lastly, I added my little bear and some sequins to complete the card..
