Cannot believe it is Monday, I so wish we had 3 day weekends..Oh well I guess I can look on the brighter side of things, the countdown is on for my holidays..
Okay onto today’s post, today is day 1 of the MFT Snowflake Sparkle Card Kit..don’t you love when this time of the month rolls around and you get too see all the inspiration from the DT creations from the kit..
The team today are sharing cards created with product found in the box only..
Here is my take on the card..
A simple card that would be easy to replicate for a production line of Christmas cards…I took white card stock, trimmed it slightly smaller then the card front, then taking pieces of Cornflower, Sour Apple and Tropical Teal card stock that are contained in the kit, trimming each on the diagonal around an inch or over and adhered together on the trimmed white piece…on the Sour Apple card stock, I stamped out a sentiment from the Snowfall of Blessings stamp set and embossed with white embossing powder, using the white embossing powder, I stamped out some snowflakes from the Simply Snowflakes stamp set onto the Blue Breeze card stock, then die cutting each out, adding these to the card, to finish the card, I added a small strip of Silver Sparkle card stock…
I am so looking forward to seeing everyone’s designs when they get their kits..
