Finally the cool weather has arrived and it is a much needed relief, making the most of today as we will start to have rising temps once again, starting tomorrow..counting down the days until Autumn..
With the cool weather yesterday I popped into the craft room and had a little playtime with some Darkroom Door goodies..creating two butterfly cards..
This first one I had a little fun with layering of papers and vellum once again, adding an embossed butterfly that I had water coloured and added glitter using the Clear Wink of Stella pen, I then pulled out the Full Bloom Wordstrip and added a Birthday sentiment..
I adhered this all to a stamped white embossed Triangle background, the background I wiped off some of the versamark on the stamp before stamping onto the card stock so that not all the panel would be embossed…
Finished off the card with some drops of versamark white embossed circles using the versamark pen, some sequins and twine..
