My last day of work today and I will then be on holidays, cannot wait…
Before heading off to work, I have been wanting to share this card that I created a couple of weeks ago..
Pulling out some pretty papers from Crate Paper and some Ephemera, I wanted a fairly rustic yet feminine card, so I opted for a really rustic background of pattern paper that I distressed the edges and adhered to the card, then went about layering up different elements, die cutting the word You from several pieces of white card stock, adding a die cut Instaframe, backing it with some more pretty pattern paper, layering the bird and a glittered tag and finishing off by adding a stamped sentiment under the word You and some sequins..
I loved creating this card, the different colours that I don’t normal create with and the rustic yet girly side to this card was so fun..
