Polynesian Girl! » Simple By Design

Hello

I trust you have been enjoying your day, for me I have had a relatively quiet day, nice chat and coffee out with a friend and then home to do some chores..hoping that I can go into the craft room tonight, but will see, the finger today is a little bit sore, so may not be best to push it..but will see..

Popping in tonight to share a card I created with loads of Pretty Pink Posh goodies as well as MFT, Lil’Inker Designs and Simon Says Stamp…got to love when you can combine some fabulous companies onto one card..

To start out, I die cut a white background feature for the main card, using the Lil’Inker Designs, Center Point Chevron Cover Up die, adding this to the front of the card and setting aside…next I worked on a panel that I wanted sitting behind the frame, blending together some Simon Says Stamp inks, Duckling, Hollyhock and Cotton Candy, blending until I was happy with the look..

I coloured in the Polynesian girl from the MFT, Polynesian Paradise stamp set, die cutting her out once coloured in with copics, realising I also needed her to have some flowers sitting around her, so did the same with those..

Putting together the card was pretty simple, die cutting Scallop Frames from Pretty Pink Posh out of Black Licorice card stock several times and adhering together for some dimension, adding the colourful panel to the back and stamping a sentiment from Birdie Notes also from Pretty Pink Posh…adding the little girl and flowers at the base and finishing off with some Clear and Ballerina sequins from Pretty Pink Posh..

I love how this all turned out, all these goodies working so well together..

Well that is me for the night, better go think about some dinner..

Have a fabulous day or night..

Hugs
