Hope you are all having a crafty day, for me my mojo is missing in action so if anyone see’s it, please tell it to come home, I have deadlines due tomorrow and I have having troubles trying to create :/
That being said I do have a card to share with you all and I have the great honour of Guesting for Whimsy Stamps, what a fabulous company with so many great stamps and dies, both clear and red rubber stamps that are of high quality, so I recommend them highly..
Debbie reached out to me to see if I would guest for them over the next 3 months so you will see a card from me once a month for the next 3 months, she is such a sweetie and was working in with all of the workload I have already, so kind..
So without further ado, here is my first creation, using the sweetest lot of penguins, this stamp set is called Penguin Pumpkin Patch…
I stamped it out using my Mini Misti, then coloured in with my Copics, now this stamp does not come with a matching die, so I had to use my good old fashion scissors to trim around the image, I see I have lost my touch with this technique so don’t look too closely LOL..
I took a piece of trimmed white card stock and applied Sunshine ink from Lawn Fawn to the centre, giving behind the image a slight glow…
I added my image and at the base of the card I stamped a sentiment also from Whimsy Stamps called Bold Banners..
I finished off the card by adding some twine and placed onto a Kraft card base..
