So today, I finally after all the madness of the last couple of months, was able to go into the craft and just play, I had received some Open Book goodies from Crate Paper, that were in one of my kits from Gossamer Blue, that sadly was late getting to me and I wasn’t able to play with, so today was the day..
I love anything gold and of course I love to layer little bits and bobs to create still a simple stylish card..
I chose many things from the collection and one of those things was that perfect pretty pink deer die cut, that I knew was going to land on the card, so that was my main focus, from there, I went about adding layers of pattern paper, then other ephemera, rub ons, stickers etc..
I love to collage little pieces together to bring a little happiness to a card, it is also a good way if you need to get some creative juices to flow is to use a complete collection to design a card, I always, well I should say almost always helps in gaining back the mojo..

Okay, time to clean up the table and have a little snack I feel, stinking hot here so maybe a cold drink too..
