MFT Sketch Challenge 356 » Simple By Design

Hi

Edit – to say a huge huge apologies, my blog once again did not send out my blooming post last night grrrr!!!, it is early hours here and I just checked the post, I just cannot believe it did it again…if anyone has any suggestions on a plugin that can be used to help scheduled posts be pushed out I am open for suggestions..

I hope you are all having a great day!

I will be in bed when this post goes live, but I am sure that you will absolutely love this weeks sketch challenge at MFT, we are currently up to number 356..

I kept mine pretty simple, by die cutting the word Celebrate several times out of white card stock, with the top layer of card stock, I blended Blue Breeze and Cornflower inks, then ran it through the die cutting machine, I adhered each of the layers together to form dimension..

I stamped a sentiment onto another piece of white card stock that I die cut from Rectangle Word Frames, stamping the sentiment from the More Essential Sentiments..

Next, I die cut some glittery stars, using the dies from the Inside & Out Stitched Stars and die cutting 3 stars from the Silver Sparkle Card Stock..

Last bit of die cutting was to die cut a white panel out of the A2 Rectangle Stax..

I then went about adhering each of the elements to match the sketch and completed my card by adding Navy sequins to one side that also matched the sketch..

Be sure to swing past HERE to check out what the rest of the team have created and for information on how you can enter for a chance to win..

Thanks for stopping by..
