Wednesday again and that means a new sketch challenge has started at MFT…
We are currently working with 339, make sure to head HERE to see loads of inspiration and for details on how you can enter to win..
I chose to use the sweet little Mermazing stamp set..
I stamped and coloured the images with Copics, die cutting these and setting aside..
I then took a piece of white card stock and applied Blu Raspberry and Blue Breeze to the card stock, once happy with the blending I took some water and flicked over the top to make the ink wick and look like bubbles in the underwater scene I was creating..
Next, was to take Single Stitch Line Square Frames and Stitched Mini Scallop Square dies and die cut the layers I was after…
I trimmed down a small card base and went about adding the frames, making sure to inlay the negative and positives of the die cutting…
Adding my scene was next, my little mermaid swimming around at the top of the card and my coral, seaweed and fish added as the extras..
To complete the card, I added a stamped sentiment onto another piece of white card stock and adhered this to the base of the frames..
I had a lot of fun creating with this weeks sketch and I sure hope you do too, cannot wait to see what you all create…
