Hello
It is finally here, the day that you can go ahead and purchase the latest card kit from MFT, this Kitschy Kitchen Card Kit, has been super fun to create with..I hope you all enjoy it as much as I have..
So today, I have a card for the release day of the kit and I wanted it too look as though fine bone china was placed on the wall, I wanted it to be white plates on a blue wall, sadly in the full photo it is hard to see, but the close up you get the idea..
So I took out the plate from the stamp set and embossed with white embossing powder around 5 times on white card stock, I then die cut each of the plates out with the co ordinating die and to get the smaller plate, I took the Circle Stax and took a circle die that matched the size I needed…I then trimmed down a piece of Sno Cone card stock and adhered the plates onto this with foam tape…I then took a piece of vellum and chose a stamp set from the You Bake Me Happy stamp set, embossed this also and adhered the vellum to the base of the card, I mounted this panel to a white trimmed piece of card stock and then adhered this to a Steel Grey card..
Here is a close up of the plates..
Time to head on over to the MFT blog and see more inspiration and don’t forget that you can now shop for the card kit HERE..
Thanks for stopping by today..
Hugs
