Start of a new month and that means a new release countdown..where does the time go, it is flying by again this year..
I start you out with Day 5 of the countdown and I am using the latest from Birdie Brown called Friends with Fins..
I stamped out the shark for this card and coloured in with Copics, adding some detail using some Polychromos..I die cut out and set aside..
I then die cut a circle using Inside and Out Stitched Circle Stax and adding Distress Oxide Inks, Salty Ocean, Chipped Sapphire and Broken China, flicking some water over the top once blended and adding some stamped fishes..
Next, I trimmed a panel of After Midnight card stock and taking Sweet Tooth Pigment ink along with the Ray of Light Stencil, I added some light rays to this card, setting aside to dry..
Whilst the panel was drying I took a sentiment and embossed in onto a Grout Gray card stock, trimming down..
I wanted my card to have a layering effect, so I took some pattern paper from the Party Patterns paper pad and added this to a white card base..
I layered the After Midnight panel, along with my circle and sentiment and completed the card by added my shark and a scattering of clear droplets..
