Hello
So the day is here to finally purchase your June Card Kit from MFT…I hope you will all love playing with your kit once it arrives and I look forward to seeing your amazing creations..
Today I have one last card to share with you all and I once again used new and old product with this kit..
I started out by die cutting some vellum from the card kit with the envelope die, sealing it shut and adding a a die cut heart from some Wild Wisteria card stock..
While I was die cutting the Wild Wisteria card stock, I also went about die cutting more teeny tiny hearts from the kit and set those aside to add to my finished card..
Next, was to add a frame, so I die cut several layers of White Card Stock using the Stitched Rectangle Scallop Edge frames, adhering each of the layers together and die cutting one more out of Grout Gray card stock..
With the Grout Gray card stock, I took the Fairy Happy stamp set and using one of the flower stems, I stamped all over this card stock, then embossed with White Embossing Powder, essentially creating my own pattern background..
Adding both the frame and the background piece to a white card stock, along with my envelope..
I moved onto stamping out one of the fairy’s, coloured her in with Copics and die cut her out, adding her to the card front also, as if she was off to deliver some happy mail..
I stamped and embossed a sentiment using Silver Embossing Powder, adding this strip to the base of the card and those little hearts that I die cut earlier, I added a a sprinkling touch to complete the card..
Now it is time to head over to the MFT blog and check out the design teams fantastic projects..
Have a great day!
Hugs
