YAY!! the Design Team from MFT are here with the July Release Countdown, I just know you are going to absolutely love this release..
So we start out with Day 5 and today I am sharing a stamp and die set called Smitten Kitten, super adorable, I paired this up with another new product called Fringed Scallop Borders..
I took the kittens from the stamp set, stamped them out and coloured with Copics, die cutting with the matching dies, setting these aside..
I chose to use an older product called Stitched Dome Stax, die cutting into a trimmed piece of white card stock, that was slightly smaller then the card front..with the inner part of the die cut, I took some Tickled Pink Ink and applied a soft look, blending more at the base of this panel and tapering off at the top..
On this panel I stamped a sentiment and adhering both the trimmed piece of white card stock and the panel to the card front..
Next, was to add the banners across the card, die cutting some Itsy Bitsy Polka Dot Pastel pattern paper, using of course the Fringed Scallop Borders, I made sure that there was a light and darker shade of colours to give the card a bit of a lift..
To complete this card, I die cut some Tickled Pink Card Stock, using one of the Heart dies from Smitten Kitten..
