So it seems my blog wants to be naughty and not send out my posts again, super frustrating, not to mention very naughty as I now cannot find the post, so I am having to rewrite it…so after realising it had not gone out, it is really late and I apologise..
So without further ado, here is the card for the first day of the card kit sharing…
This kit is just beautiful, I adore butterflies and I was super excited to play this month, but of course my mojo decided it was going on hiatus, so they really are not the best cards this month LOL but I hope you find something of value in them..
I stamped out a butterfly, layering the different components with Peach Bellini and Cement Gray, I was going with a soft feel to this card, perhaps and wedding or engagement card…I then took some vellum from the kit and used the die Stitched Fancy Flourish, sticking with the die cutting I die cut Smooth White card stock from the kit with the Stitched Scalloped Basic Edges 2 and adhered to a card, I added the flourish and butterfly and below this I stamped a sentiment from the stamp set contained in the kit, adding a line of pearls under the scallops to give it an extra touch, of course the Inks, Pearls and Dies that were used are not contained within the kit, but of course it shows you how you can create with accents from the MFT store…
