MFT Cooler with You Card Kit Day 1 » Simple By Design

Today is the first day of the countdown to the full reveal of the October card kit for MFT…

The design team get to share creations with you all that only contain products from the kit itself..

I chose to create a little snowman scene..stamping out the two snowman and penguin from the stamp set Cooler with You stamp set, colouring in with Copics and die cutting out with the matching dies..I then decided to die cut little trees out of Gumdrop Green card stock instead of colouring these images in…the snowman needed a bank of snow, so using a basic circle die, I die cut one out of white card stock and trimming one side off to create a snow bank…I wanted there to be falling snow in the background, so I took a piece of white card stock and die cut a piece out using the Inside & Out Diagonal Stitched Rectangles, adding Summer Splash ink to the panel and then added white gel pen dots over this to create snow falling..I added my snow bank, along with trees and the snowman with penguin and my scene was complete..
