Today I am back sharing a MFT creation using the fun challenge Hits and Highlights..
This month the design team are sharing interactive cards using Slider Elements..
There are so many of these slider techniques and I just know you will love what the design team have created so be sure to swing past the blog for more inspiration…
I chose to use the Harvest Mouse set and the Surf and Turf slider elements…
So I stamped out the images that I wished to create with and coloured in with Copics, die cutting and setting aside..
I then took a trimmed piece of white card stock and applied ink to the centre using Lemon Chiffon, once I was happy with the inked area, I took the slider die from the Surf and Turf set and die cut a channel at the base of this card stock..
I added foam tape around the outer edges and also die cut a circle that I attached to the Slider Element, I then adhered my little mouse and he was able to slide along the channel..
I added my other images to one side as if he was in a hurry to collect his goods and went about finishing off my card by stamping a sentiment onto some Kraft card stock and adding this to the top of the card along with some Tiny Check pattern paper and my card was complete..
