Over at MFT today it is that time of the month again to share projects with you all and to give you inspiration in using Blueprints..
I chose to work with Blueprints 24 and this months challenge, was to take a sketch from one of the Blueprints and keep it pretty much to the same design but to make it our own..
I chose to use this sketch below and just adjusted it slightly to suit the design I was after..
Using the Adorable Elephants, I coloured in one of the Elephants and one of the Balloons from this stamp set, colouring with Copics and die cutting with the matching dies, setting these aside to work on the rest of the card..
I took one of the dies from the Blueprints 24, die cut from some White Card stock and applied Pink Lemonade, Lemon Chiffon and Limeade to the card stock, blending to give a soft look…
I then die cut the circle into this card stock and adhered to another piece of White Card Stock slightly smaller then the card front…
I die cut more White Card Stock using the sentiment banner and tab that was in the Blueprints set, adding the tab as an extra feature to the side of the blended panel and on the sentiment strip I inked up a stamp with Versamark in and embossed with Liquid Platinum..
Adding my little Elephant, sentiment strip and finishing off by die cutting matching card stock to the inks, Pink Lemonade, Lemon Chiffon and Limeade, adding stars and circle die cuts to the card to complete..
