Hello
Still plugging away here at the farm with Mum, she is doing okay, we have bumps in the road every now and then but we are managing to get through them, last night we hit one of those bumps, so just as well it is a cold, wet, windy and really quite miserable day today for resting…her wrist of course is a slow progress as well, we do see the doctor again this next week and see how the wrist is doing then..
I haven’t had a lot of time to craft although each time I go into town I seem to bring more of my craft room back with me on the off chance that I can sneak away for a couple of hours of crafting, hmmmm! Maybe today will be one of those days..
I did manage however to create with the July Kits from Gossamer Blue, which I might add are up for purchase right now, so be quick as they absolutely ROCK! this month..here is a snippet of just some of the items in the kits..
Now for my shares, I created 3 cards this month, all travel themed feel, which I might add also that I love, so it was easy for me to pull together my creations..
I also will say when I got my kits I was like squealing with delight over this little cutie stamp set…it will be one of my all time favourite stamp sets that I venture too..if you are wondering which kit this is from, it is from the Life Pages Kit..
The first card you see I created with the Main Scrapbook Kit and Bits and Pieces..
Using embellishments and pattern paper, along with a wee bit of stamping to pull together my first travel themed card for this month..
The next one I created using the Main Scrapbook Kit..
Going with lots of pattern paper on this card along with a collage of different embellishments to create another travel card..
My last card of course I had to use that sweet stamp set I mentioned from Life Pages Kit to create a little scene, colouring in the little camper, setting it out on a hill of pattern paper inside a die cut circle, adding some cloud embellishments, along with some wood veneer and finish with some stamping..
