Way too long again being here at the old blog, sorry for being MIA..I have returned to work and it has been rather time consuming as well as some deadlines that I am still trying to wrap up, not succeeding too well, but I will just have to keep plugging away and get there eventually 🙂
So I have been wanting to share this card with you all here for a couple of weeks, I am finally doing so now..
I have always loved supporting so many companies and small companies in this crafting industry, I think it is so important to share it all around, keep the love and support going, as it is always such a fragile industry at times..
I purchased a stamp set from the lovely and sweet Kelly Purkey not long ago at her shop that you can check out HERE really you need to, it is flipping awesome, anyways she was so sweet and sent me a couple of other sets to play with, I mean talk about so generous, kind and really just a genuine beautiful person, so I could not wait to jump in and play..
I chose to create with one of her latest sets called I Love You More Than Donuts, I am a sucker for donuts, as a kid when we travelled to shop in the larger town near us, the first step out of the car, I would say to my parents can we get a donut, I could smell them straight away cooking LOL..
I decided to add a little stamping with the donuts, using my Memento Luxe inks and clear embossing powder, die cutting them using my circle dies, adding them to a tag, that I stamped the dot border contained in the same stamp set, to give the tag a little extra, adding some black and white twine and layering vellum and a gold striped piece of pattern paper from my collection..

Well the rain has certainly set in here, so I think I will kick back and watch a little TV, I will be back tomorrow to share my latest cards from the September Gossamer Blue kits..
