Finally, day of shopping for you, I hope you had your lists ready for what you would like to purchase from the MFT January Release..
I have 1 final card for you using the products from the release and we also have some friends around the crafting community joining us, so be sure to head over to the blog to see what everyone has created..
I chose to work with Trendy Tag and Sweetie Pie dies, matching these with some older products..
So I started out with all the die cutting, to which I took the Trendy Tag, die cutting a white, Kraft and Tiny Check pattern paper, adhering each of these layers together..
I then worked on my little pie, which I die cut from Kraft and Milk Chocolate, adding a piece of white under the top of the pie section, where the vent holes on a pie would be, adhering each of these together..
Next, I die cut several layers of Cement Gray with the word Sweetie Pie, adhering together..
Lastly, with the die cutting I took some Grout Gray and took one of the Elegant Rectangle, adding a smaller die and embossing inside this panel..
I then switched over to stamping, taking a white panel and inking up the All Lined Up Background stamp with Lemon Chiffon ink, trimming this panel down to the card base..
I then started to add the layers of die cuts and completed the card by adding a twine bow and some enamel hearts..
