Before I jump into tonight’s sketch challenge, I just wanted to let you all know that after today I will be taking a break from creating for a little while, I will still be around on social media and still very much apart of the MFT family, that will not change, but in the last few months we have received some not so nice medical challenges, so for now I need to focus my energies on our family, we really need all the prays and thoughts that are out there… I will of course be sharing some cards that I have done earlier in the year and have not shared with you all here, but being here daily or even weekly will be rather sporadic….thanks for understanding x
Okay so we are at Sketch Challenge 400, can you believe it, amazing to think that this number has rolled around so quickly..
I am sadly sick with the flu and feeling really under the weather so my card even though it follows the sketch, isn’t quite up to what I like in creating, but I sure do hope you gain just a little something from it..
I took Cement Gray card stock strips and white embossed onto each one with sentiments from the Fluttering Friends, From All of Us and From Me to You to form a sympathy card, more focused towards the male gender but could also be used for the female gender..
I added these strips to a white card base and heading back to restamp a butterfly and flowers from the Fluttering Friends set onto some Vellum, embossing with Silver Embossing Powder, adding this to the card front along with some Clear Sequins…
