Are these weeks moving faster or is it I just can’t keep up, I cannot believe another week has rolled around and we are once again Wednesday and sharing the next MFT Sketch Challenge with you all..
This week, we are up to number 293 and what a fun sketch..

I chose to create a galaxy look to my card, colouring in the Out of this World image with copics and setting aside, I then went about working on the background galaxy part, which I might add, I have seen so many people create these looks and I had never had a go until now and it was so so super fabulous to create, itching to create another one now..my background, I added distress inks Mustard Seed, Picked Raspberry, Seedless Preserves, Faded Jeans and Black Soot, adding the colours until I was happy, flicking water over the top so that the ink would wick, once dry, I added some white paint and flicked that over the background to form what looked like faraway stars…
To follow the sketch, I die cut a circle and blended some Mustard Seed over the top, so it looked like the moon, I went about die cutting a Black Licorice card stock tag and then trimmed a piece of white card stock that the galaxy background could sit on, the bottom half of that white card stock, I stamped the Whimsical Waves background stamp and embossed with white embossing powder, I felt this represented the sonic waves of my space ship..
I added all of this to a Steel Grey card and lastly die cut some Silver Sparkle card stock stars to add around the galaxy also..
I hope you will all find some time to play, I have to say, I am enjoying pushing my creativity and brain to think each week, what I will create..
