Happy Friday..
Gosh that is so good to say, with hot, hot weather all week and it to continue for another week, I mean seriously it is Autumn, there should be cooler weather..
So tonight I wanted to pop in and share some Make Amazing Happen projects with you all, working with one of Richard Garay’s collection, I chose to create a simple little gift set..
I chose to make a card, using the pattern paper as the background feature, die cutting using the Pennant Pattern background die, I first die cut it, punched out all the pennants, then temporarily adhering the negative piece to the card stock, placing each of the pieces back into place with foam tape, once all added, taking away the negative to reveal a great graphic feel, adding a stamp sentiment from Brave You, adding some sewing thread behind the sentiment and finishing off with some Amazing Accents..
I then wanted to add a little treat box or a simple and small box that you could add some jewellery etc inside as a gift, along with a matching tag..I used a piece of 6 x 6 pattern paper and stamping out a flower from Make Amazing, adding twine to hold the box together..the tag was pretty simple, just adding pattern paper to the card stock for more stability, piece of twin at the top and the same flower added to the tag to match..
Right, well I will be back over the weekend to share more projects with you, for now, I am going to go grab a Bailey’s and sit and relax..
